Scheduling, Payment, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

To offer you a reserved space and respect both of our time, please review the following policies before booking your session.

Session length

Each session is 50 minutes long.

Booking and payment

To reserve a session, full payment for the consultation is required at the time of booking.

Once payment is received, your time slot is confirmed and reserved exclusively for you.

Because that time slot is held exclusively for you, cancellations and rescheduling are subject to the policy below.

Cancellations and rescheduling

  • Cancellations or rescheduling requests made at least 24 hours in advance can be rescheduled at no additional cost.
  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice are non-refundable, and the session will be considered used.
  • No-shows are considered used sessions and are non-refundable.
  • Rescheduling is subject to availability.

Punctuality

I recommend logging in or arriving a few minutes before your scheduled time so you can make the most of the full 50-minute session.

If you arrive late, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time. Time lost due to a late arrival can't be made up at the end of the session.

If the delay or cancellation is on my end

Your time matters just as much as mine.

If a session starts late for a reason attributable to me, that time will be made up — either within the same session when possible, or in your next session.

If I need to cancel a session, you can choose between:

  • Rescheduling at no additional cost, or
  • Requesting a full refund of the payment made for that session.

Exceptional circumstances

I understand that unforeseen or exceptional circumstances can come up. These will be considered individually, aiming to find a fair solution for both of us.

Important

By booking a session, you confirm that you've read and agree to these policies. These measures aren't meant as a penalty — they're meant to set a clear agreement that respects both of our time, commitment, and space.
